With reference to current report No. 40/2025 of 3 September 2025, the Management Board of Apator SA hereby announces that it has received a correction to the notification pursuant to Article 19 sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Tadeusz Sosgórnik, Member of the Supervisory Board. The amendment to the notification concerns an obvious clerical error in the number of shares sold on 1 September 2025. Therefore, the total number of Apator SA bearer shares sold by Mr Tadeusz Sosgórnik between 29 August 2025 and 2 September 2025 is 27,000 shares.
