Referring to the current report No. 29/2018 of 5th June 2018, the Managing Board of the Issuer informs that on 8th June 2018 the settlement concluded between Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. and Consortium with the participation of a dependent company – Apator Rector sp. z o.o. Ltd Co. was approved by the District Court for Cracow – Śródmieście in Cracow.
