1. Quarterly consolidated financial statements:
- for IV quarter 2016 -28th February 2017 (Tuesday)
- for I quarter 2017 – 15th May 2017 (Monday)
- for III quarter 2017 – 27th November 2017 (Monday)

2. Interim financial statements for the I half of 2017:
- separate interim financial statement -15th September 2017 (Friday)
- consolidated interim financial statement – 15th September 2017 (Friday)

3. Annual financial statements for 2016:
- separate annual financial statement – 28th April 2017 (Friday)
- consolidated annual financial statement - 28th April 2017 (Friday)

Based on § 101 para 2 point 1 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009 regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the country not being the member of the EU, separate and consolidated quarterly financial statements for the second quarter 2017 will not be published.

Pursuant to § 83 para 1 of the above mentioned resolution, quarterly consolidated financial statements will include condensed separate financial statements of Apator SA.
