1. Quarterly consolidated financial statements:
- for IV quarter 2017 -27th February 2018 (Tuesday)
- for I quarter 2018 – 17th May 2018 (Thursday)
- for III quarter 2018 – 15th November 2018 (Thursday)

2. Interim financial statements for the I half of 2018:
- separate interim financial statement -30th September 2018 (Thursday)
- consolidated interim financial statement – 30th September 2018 (Thursday)

3. Annual financial statements for 2017:
- separate annual financial statement – 30th April 2018 (Monday)
- consolidated annual financial statement - 30th April 2017 (Monday)

Based on § 101 para 2 point 1 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009 regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the country not being the member of the EU, separate and consolidated quarterly financial statements for the second quarter 2017 will not be published.

Pursuant to § 83 para 1 of the above mentioned resolution, quarterly consolidated financial statements will include condensed separate financial statements of Apator SA.

Legal basis: § 103 para 1 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009 regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the country not being the member of the EU.
