The Executive Board of Apator SA announces the dates of publication of regular reports in 2014
1. Extended consolidated quarterly reports :
- for IV quarter 2013  - 19 February 2014  (Wednesday),
- for I   quarter  2014 -  15 May 2014  (Thursday),
- for III quarter  2014  - 14 November 2014  (Friday).
2. Separate interim report for I quarter 2014 – 29 August 2014  (Friday).
3. Consolidated interim report for I quarter 2014  - 29 August 2014  (Friday).
4. Separate annual report for  2013  - 30 April 2014  (Wednesday).
5. Consolidated annual report for  2013 - 30 April 2014 (Wednesday).

Apator SA does not publish the report for the second quarter 2014 based on §101 para 2 of the Resolution of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions of the information to be considered as equivalent one required by law of the country not being the member of the EU.

Based on  § 83 para 1 of the above mentioned Resolution, Apator SA publishes only extended consolidated quarterly financial statements with condensed separate financial statement of Apator SA

Legal basis: §103 para 1 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions of the information to be considered as equivalent one required by law of the country not being the member of the EU.
