The Management Board of Apator SA announces the dates of publication of regular reports in 2016:
1. Extended consolidated quarterly reports :
- for IV quarter 2015 - 25 February 2016 (Thursday),
- for I quarter 2016 - 10 May 2016 (Tuesday),
- for III quarter 2016 - 10 November 2016 (Thursday).
2. Separate interim report for I half 2016 – 29 August 2016 (Monday).
3. Consolidated interim report for I half 2016 - 29 August 2016 (Monday).
4. Separate annual report for 2015 - 25 April 2016 (Monday).
5. Consolidated annual report for 2015 - 25 April 2016 (Monday).

Apator SA does not publish the report for the second quarter 2016 based on §101 para 2 of the Resolution of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions of the information to be considered as equivalent one required by law of the country not being the member of the EU.

Based on § 83 para 1 of the above mentioned Resolution, Apator SA publishes only extended consolidated quarterly financial statements with condensed separate financial statement of Apator SA
