The Executive Board of Apator S.A. announces the dates of publication of periodical reports in 2023:
1) Consolidated quarterly reports:

• for IV quarter of 2022 - 18 February 2023,
• for the 1st quarter 2023 - 18 May 2023,
• for the 3rd quarter of 2023 - 16 November 2023.

2) Semi-annual reports for the first half of 2023:

• separate semi-annual report - 30 August 2023,
• consolidated semi-annual report - 30 August 2023.

3) Annual reports for 2022:

• separate annual report - 27 April 2023,
• consolidated annual report - 27 April 2023.

Based on §79 (2) of the Regulation of Minister of Finance dated 29th March 2018 regarding current and periodical information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to consider as equivalent information required by law of the country not being the member state (Journal of Laws item 757), Apator S.A. will not publish individual and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2023.

In accordance with §62 (1) of the above mentioned Ordinance the Company will not publish separate individual quarterly reports, but consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly individual financial information.
