The Management Board of Apator S.A. announces to the public the dates of publishing periodical reports in 2020:

Consolidated quarterly reports:

- for the 4th quarter of 2019 – 28 February 2020

- for the 1st quarter of 2020 – 15 May 2020

 - for the 3rd quarter of 2020 - 16 November 2020

Semi-annual reports for the first half of 2020:

 - individual semi-annual report - 28 August 2020 (Friday),

 - consolidated semi-annual report - 28 August 2020 (Friday).

Annual reports for 2019:

 - individual annual report - 24 April 2020

 - consolidated annual report - 24 April 2020

Pursuant to §79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising information as equivalent required by the law of a non-member state, individual and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2019 will not be published.

In accordance with §62(1) of the above mentioned Regulation, the consolidated reports are as follows quarterly will include condensed separate financial statements of the company Apator S.A.
