The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 2nd July 2020 the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting adopted the resolution on payment of dividend. The General Shareholders Meeting allocated the amount of 36.091.730,80 PLN from the profit for 2019 for the dividend. The amount of dividend per share is PLN 1.10 gross.

The shareholders holding shares on 5 December 2019 were paid on 12 December 2019 an advance payment for the expected dividend from the profit for 2019 in the total amount of PLN 14,767,617.60, that is PLN 0.45 gross per share. 32,816,928 registered shares of A series and bearer shares of A, B and C series were entitled to an advance payment on account of the expected dividend.

The remaining part of the dividend in the total amount of 21,324,113.20 PLN, i.e. PLN 0.65 gross per share, will be paid on 31 August 2020. The right to this part of dividend will be obtained by the shareholders holding the shares of Apator SA on 17th August 2020.

32.806.328 registered shares of A series and bearer shares of A, B and C series are entitled to payment of dividend.
