The Management Board of Apator S.A. informs that the General Shareholders Meeting adopted on 28 June 2023 a resolution on the divident payment in the amount of PLN 0.30 gross per share. Pursuant to the decision of the General Shareholders Meeting, the total amount from the profit for 2022 allocated to dividend is PLN 9.8 million.

The right to dividend payment shall be granted to the shareholders holding shares of Apator S.A. on 1 August 2023. The dividend shall be paid on 10 August 2023.

A total of 32.647.073 series A registered shares and series A, B and C bearer shares are entitled to dividend payment.
