The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders adopted on 27th May 2019 the resolution on the payment of dividend.

The General Meeting of Shareholders allocated the amount of PLN 42,745,646.40 from the profit for 2018 for dividend.

The amount of the dividend per share is PLN 1.30 gross.

The shareholders holding the shares on 14th December 2018 were paid on 21st December 2018 an advance towards the expected dividend from the profit for 2018 in the total amount of PLN 13,170,811.20, i.e. PLN 0.40 gross per share.

 32,927,028 registered shares of series A and bearer shares of series A, B and C were entitled to receive advance payments towards the expected dividend.

The remaining part of the dividend in the total amount of PLN 29,574,835.20, i.e. PLN 0.90 gross per share, will be paid on 24th June 2019.

The right to this part of dividend will be obtained by shareholders holding the shares of Apator SA on 10th June 2019th.

32,860,928 registered shares of A series and bearer shares of A, B and C series are entitled to dividend payment.
