The Management Board of Apator SA declares the payment of dividend from the profit in financial year 2014 in gross amount of PLN 0,80 per share.  Towards the dividend from the profit in 2014 the interim payment was paid in December 2014.  The remaining declared part of dividend in gross amount of PLN 0.50 per share will be paid after its approval made by General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA to be held on 22nd June 2015.

Legal basis of the report: § 38 para 1 point 11 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information  required by law of the state not being the member of the EU.
