Management Board of  Apator SA declares  the payment of dividend from the profit in financial year 2016 in total amount of PLN 34,8 m that is in gross value of PLN 1,05 per share.

The interim dividend towards dividend from the profit in 2016  was paid in December 2016 in  gross amount of PLN 0,35 per share.

Other amount of dividend in gross amount of PLN 0,70 per share will be paid when it is approved by Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA to be held on 12th June 2017.

Legal basis: § 38 para 1 point 11 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the state not being the member of the EU.
