The Executive Board of APATOR SA announces that the value of dividend from the profit in 2010 declared is 0,60 PLN per share.

The advance payment towards the dividend was paid in December 2010 in amount of 0,25 PLN per share. The remaining amount of dividend in amount of 0,35 PLN per share will be paid after it had been approved by General Shareholders Meeting.

Legal base:§ 38 para 1 point 11 of the Regulation of Ministry of Finance on current and regular information being transferred by issuers of securities and conditions of the information to be considered as equivalent one required by law of the country not being the member of the EU (Dz.U.2009.131.1080).
