The Executive Board of  Apator SA declares the payment of dividend from the profit for the financial year of 2011 in gross amount at least of 0,70 PLN per share that gives in total the amount of 24,5 m PLN.The single payment of the dividend will be made in July 2012.Since June 2011 Apator SA performs the investment significant for its further development. In Pomeranian Special Economic Zone modern manufacturing company with offices is being constructed where entire activity of the Company will be moved to. The investment expenditures to be incurred for the construction of the new company will be financed from the sale of the property where Apator SA is currently located. The sale of the property towards Galeria Copernicus 2 sp. z o.o. will be at the latest to the end of July 2012. The sales price is fixed on 34 m PLN.Up to the sale of the property, the construction of the new company is financed from own financial means and the bank loan.Further to the above Apator SA will not make the advance payment towards the dividend for that year in 2011 .Legal base: § 38 para 1 point 11 of the Regulation of Ministry of Finance on current and regular information being transferred by issuers of securities and the conditions to be considered as equivalent the information required by law of the country not being the member of EU.
