Management Board of Apator SA („the Issuer”) announces the confidential information below that disclosure was delayed by the Issuer on 1st June 2015.

„The Company – indirect subsidiary of the Issuer – George Wilson Industries („GWi”) conducts the advanced negotiations aiming at conclusion of the contract for the supply of gas meters to Dutch market. The sales will be performed in result of tender invited by Liander NV, where Landis+Gyr AG have been selected as one of the suppliers. The tender concerns the supply of gas meters for the period of five years commencing from 2016.”

The Management Board of the Issuer announces that negotiations have been completed successfully and the parties concluded cooperation contract where based on it GWi will be supplying smart industrial gas meters to Langis+Gyr AG.

The Issuer announces about the conclusion of the contract in current report no. 40/2015.
