The Management Board of Apator S.A. informs that on 3 January 2018 received information about the fatal car accident resulting in death of Mr. Piotr Nowak - a Member of the Management Board of Apator S.A., Chief Financial Officer.

In connection with the above, pursuant to art. 369 § 5 of the Code of Commercial Companies, the mandate of Mr. Piotr Nowak as a member of the Management Board of Apator S.A. has expired.

The Management Board informs that despite such a huge loss, the situation in the Company is under control.
