Further to current reports nos.11/2015 and 12/2015 dated 25th March 2015 Management Board of  Apator SA announces that the only suspending condition of the purchase contract of Miitors ApS. with headquarters in Denmark concerning the performance of subscription warrants has been fulfilled. Therefore, Apator Powogaz SA made payment for 100% shares and since 1st April 2015 it has become the owner of Miitors ApS.

Legal basis: § 5 para 1 point 4 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information  required by law of the state not being the member of the EU.
