Further to current report no. 22/2015 dated 22nd May 2015 , Management Board of Apator SA („Issuer””) announces that one of the conditions suspending the contract of the supply of OSGP electricity meters for the Smart City Wrocław project to S&T Services Polska sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred as „S&T”) was fulfilled. The condition regarded the consent to be given by the leader of consortium - LG CNS Co. Ltd to perform SCW project by S&T. About the fulfilment of the second suspending condition the Issuer will announce by separate current report.

Legal basis: § 5 para 1 point 4 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information  required by law of the state not being the member of the EU.
