Further to the information published on the tender for the supply of electricity meters to PGE Dystrybucja S.A. (current report 8/2014), the Executive Board of Apator SA announces that the National Chamber of Appeal has rejected the appeals submitted by other participants of the tender. The verdict of National Chamber of Appeal can be appealed by the participants of the proceeding to the Regional Court within 7 days since it has been received. Possible submission of the appeals will not restrain the procedure of conclusion of the contract between PGE Dystrybucja SA and Apator S.A. The contract should be concluded at the latest on 8th April 2014.

At the same time the Executive Board of Apator SA adjusts the value of the above tender published in current report 8/2014.

Adjusted value is as follows:

- 30 m PLN – the supply of electricity meters in 2014,
- 29 m PLN – right to use the option to supply the electricity meters in 2015.
