Granting a borrowing to a subsidiary
With reference to the current report no. 40/2017, the Management Board of Apator S.A. (‘Issuer’) informs that 27.11.2017 the Issuer granted to its subsidiary - Apator Rector sp. z o.o. a borrowing amounting to PLN 30m.
