The Executive Board of Apator SA („Issuer”) announces that on 20th March 2014 subsidiary - Apator Powogaz SA and Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA concluded civil code guarantee contract to the amount of PLN 100 m.

The guarantee is the hedging for repayment of long-term bank loan in amount  to  PLN 100 m to purchase the shares of Elkomtech SA (current report no 17/2014) and  it was granted to 30th June 2019. Since granting the guarantee, Apator Powogaz SA will receive annual commissioning of 1, 3% from the Issuer.

Legal basis: §5 para 1 point 7 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance dated 19th February 2009 regarding current   and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as   equivalent information  required by law of the country not being the member of the EU  (Dz.U.33 item 259   with later amendments).
