Further to the current report no. 45/2015,  the Management Board of Apator SA („the Issuer”) announces that on 29th January 2016 subsidiary of the Issuer - Apator Metrix SA and („the Company”) Flonidan A/S concluded the contract of estimated total value of EUR 28 m (that is circa PLN 125 m). The objective of the contract is the supply of gas meters to Dutch market. The supplies will be performed in the period 2016-2020. The contract was concluded based on the tender invited by Liander NV, where Flonidan A/S has been qualified as one of the suppliers.

Apator SA announces that conditions of the above contract do not differ from typical ones for such kind of transactions on the market.

The contract does not include any provisions concerning the reservation of term and date but it includes liquidated damages where all the responsibility of Apator Metrix SA resulting out of the contract concluded is limited to the amount of EUR 21 m (that is PLN 94 m).

The contract was considered as the important one due to the exceeding of the value of 10% of entities of the Issuer.

All values quoted in PLN were translated according to average exchange rate of the Polish National Bank dated 28.01.2016 where 1EUR= PLN 4,4588
