The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that the shareholder holding significant package of shares that entitles to take over 5% votes at General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA, purchased 6.562 bearer shares of Apator SA at the price of 31,18 PLN per share.

The shareholder advised the Company about the purchase of shares on 7th January 2013 , the purchase of shares took place during session on 4th January 2013.
