The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that it increases declared amount for payment of dividend for financial year 2012 from gross amount of 1,20 PLN per share to gross amount of 1,40 PLN per share. On 14th May 2013  the Supervisory Board  Apator SA accepted the above proposal of the Executive Board.

For the dividend from the profit for 2012, interim dividend in gross amount of 0,40 PLN per share was paid in December 2012. The outstanding amount of declared dividend in gross amount of 1,00 PLN per share will be paid after it is accepted by General Shareholders Meeting of  Apator SA.

Legal base for the report: § 38 article 1 point11 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions of the information to be considered as equivalent one required by law of the country not being the member of the EU.
