Increase of the amount for the surety of the loans for Apator Rector Sp. z o.o. - updating of current report no. 24/2015
Further to the current report no. 24/2015, Management Board of Apator SA („the Issuer”) announces that on 28th December 2015:
- Apator Rector sp. z o.o. (subsidiary of the Issuer) increased the loans in Bank Millennium SA to the amount of PLN 23 m,
- the Issuer increased the surety for Apator Rector Sp. z o.o. due to the hedging of the above loans to the amount of PLN 23 m.
Legal basis:
art 56 para 5 of the Act dated 29th July 2005 on public offering and conditions of introduction of financial instruments to organized trading system and public companies.
