Insurance contracts of the Members of Management of Apator SA
The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that the insurance contracts for the act or failure to act related to the fulfilment of duties of the Members of the Management of Apator SA will be prolonged with the following creditors:
- AIG – first layer policy for the amount of 30 m PLN,
- ACE – second layer policy for the amount of 20 m PLN.
The insurance contracts will be concluded for the period since 1st July 2013 till 30th June 2014.
Umowy ubezpieczenia zostaną zawarte na okres od 1 lipca 2013 r. do 30 czerwca 2014 r.
