The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that the following shareholders had at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Apator SA held on 27th May 2019: 

1.  Mariusz Lewicki holding 2,188,000 shares at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, carrying 5,750,128 votes, constituting 16.52% of the total vote at the Meeting and 10.43% of the total number of votes.

2. Danuta Guzowska holding 1,512,311 shares at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, carrying 4,374,953 votes, constituting 12.57% of the total vote at the Meeting and 7.94% of the total number of votes.

3. Tadeusz Sosgórnik holding 993,102 shares at this Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders carrying 3,972,408 votes, constituting 11.42% of the total vote at the Meeting and 7.21% of the total number of votes..

4. Zbigniew Jaworski holding 1,371,000 shares at this Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders carrying 3,653,544 votes, constituting 10.50% of the total vote at the Meeting and 6.63% of the total number of votes.

5. Janusz Marzygliński holding 928,173 shares at this Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders carrying 3,382,449 constituting 9.72% of the total vote at the Meeting and 6.14% of the total number of votes.
