The Management Board of Apator S.A. informs that the following shareholders had at least 5% of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of Apator S.A. held on 28 June 2023:

• Mariusz Lewicki holding 2,314,000 shares at the General Shareholders Meeting (GSM) entitling him to exercise 5,876,128 votes, constituting 16.46% of all votes at this meeting and 10.75% of the total number of votes,
• Tadeusz Sosgórnik holding 1,624,200 shares at the GSM entitling him to exercise 6,034,200 votes, constituting 16.90% of all votes at this meeting and 11.04% of the total number of votes,
• Danuta Guzowska holding 1,512,311 shares at the GSM entitling him to exercise 4,374,953 votes, constituting 12.25% of all votes at this meeting and 8.01% of the total number of votes,
• Zbigniew Jaworski holding 1,466,348 shares at the GSM entitling him to exercise 3,765,392 votes, constituting 10.55% of all votes at this meeting and 6.89% of the total number of votes,
• PTE Allianz Polska S.A. (Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny and Allianz Polska Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny) holding 4,544,900 shares at the GSM entitling to 4,544,900 votes, constituting 12.73% of all votes at this meeting and 8.32% of the total number of votes,
• Kazimierz and Zdzisława Piotrowscy holding 823,955 shares at the GSM entitling them to exercise 2,818,277 votes, constituting 7.89% of all votes at this meeting and 5.16% of the total number of votes.

All Shareholders present at the General Shareholders Meeting of Apator S.A. registered in total 16,753,231 shares entitling to 35,706,730 votes. These votes constitute 65.35% of the total number of votes.
