The Supervisory Board of Apator SA announces that on the 18th June 2012 Janusz Niedźwiecki - President of the Executive Board of Apator SA made the statement in writing that he will not longer be the candidate for the election of the members of the Executive Board of Apator SA for the following tenure. The current tenure of the Executive Board will finish on the day of Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA to be held in 2013. The Supervisory Board of Apator SA announces that the appointment of the President of the Executive Board of Apator SA is planned to be made to the end of 2012. The candidate for the President of the Executive Board of Apator SA will get used to perform that function under the direction of the current President of the Executive Board. Under new management the performance of strategic directions of development of Grupa Apator will be continued that will provide: - planned cooperation between the current Executive Board and the candidate for President of the Executive Board in the first half of 2013; - the offer Janusz Niedźwiecki - current President of the Executive Board to be the member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA after the tenure of the President of the Executive Board is finished Legal basis: § 5 para 1 point 21 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the country not being the member of the EU.
