The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that according to the decision of VIII Economy Department of the National Court Register of Regional Court in Poznań –Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań dated 30th December 2010 Apator Kfap sp. z o.o. was incorporated into Apator Powogaz SA. Apator Kfap sp. z o.o. matched with components and legalized the heat meters and manufactured and sold the temperature sensors and it was subsidiary of Apator Powogaz SA (100% shares).Apator Powogaz SA is the entity in Grupa Apator and it is subsidiary in one hundred percent of Apator SA. Currently Apator Powogaz SA has the shares in the following entities: Apator Telemetria sp. z o.o., Apator Metroteks sp. z o.o. (Ukraine), Metra Sumperk s.r.o. (Czech Republic), Teplovodomer SA (Russia),Wodpol sp. z o.o. (the entity in liquidation)
