The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that Apator SA and Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA signed the annex to the long-term contract of loan drew in 2008.
It regards the change of hedging of the loan on property in Toruń at 21/29 Żółkiewski Street to the property located in Pomeranian Special Economic Zone in Ostaszewo.
The value of the mortgage is 13,8 m PLN but there is outstanding amount of 11 m PLN to be repaid in order to repay entire loan. The annex was signed by correspondence on the 17th April 2012 and it was submitted to the Company on the 24th April 2012.Information on the loan long term contract concluded, Apator SA announced on the 25th April 2008. (current report no 12/2008), and then it announced about it in regular reports.Construction of the company that was charged by mortgage was completed in the first quarter of 2012. All the activity of Apator SA will be moved to the new company to the end of April 2012 .Released property in Toruń will be sold to Galeria Copernicus 2 Sp. z o. o. at the latest to the end of July 2012. Legal base: § 5 para 1 point 3 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the country not being the member of the EU.
