Nomination for membership of the Supervisory Board Member of Apator SA
The Management of Apator SA ("Company") announces that on 18th June 2025 the Company received the application of the following six candidates for the Members of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA:
- Janusz Niedźwiecki
- Mariusz Lewicki
- Kazimierz Piotrowski
- Tadeusz Sosgórnik
- Monika Guzowska
- Janusz Marzgliński
The application was made by a shareholder of the Company - an individual who did not consent to the publication of his/her personal data.
The nominations were submitted for consideration under agenda item 14 of the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened for 25 June 2025, concerning the appointment of Supervisory Board Members for a new joint term of office.
Curricula vitae and the candidates' consents and declarations were attached to the application.
Legal basis of the report: § 19(1)(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
