The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 25th January 2011 Mr Mirosław Klepacki – Switchgear Director was nominated the proxy of the Company. The proxy established is the independent commercial one – for the effective representing of the Company (giving statements on the scope of property rights and duties and independent signatures).

In 1979-1986 Mr Mirosław Klepacki was a student of Gdańsk University of Technology at Electrical Department and speciality – Automation and Electrical Metrology.Since1985 till 1988 he was employed in “Warmix” Youth Cooperative Company in Olsztyn. Next he was the Chairman of the Executive Board in “Intertor” Manufacturing and Service Enterprise in Toruń. In 1988-1996 he was in Germany where he graduated intensive language course of German at GFBA in Hamburg and CAD fachmankurs course at Computer Academy in Hamburg.

In 1991-1993 he was employed as design engineer at z IBG Offshore in Ahrensburg and Ferchau Konstruktion GmbH. Next, since 1995 he ran independent business activity- trading with former Soviet Union states. Since 1996 he joined Apator SA taking the following posts; Manager of Export Department, Switchgear Sales Director and currently Switchgear Director.Mr Mirosław Klepacki since 1999 is the member of the Supervisory Board of Apator-Elektro in Moscow. (the entity in Grupa Apator).Moreover, since 2006 he is the member of the Executive Board of Apator GmbH. (the entity in Grupa Apator).

In 2010 Mr Mirosław Klepacki graduated the high education studies of the first degree at Economic Sciences and Management in Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and currently he continues his studies at the university. Mr Mirosław Klepacki does not run business competitive to the activity of Apator SA, he is not involved with a competitive company as the partner of civil partnership and he is not a member of any body of a competitive company and he is not involved with any competitive legal entity as its member of its body.

Mr Mirosław Klepacki is not registered in Debt Collection Register ofNational Court Register.
