The Management Board of Apator SA announces that it has received the notifications under the art. 19 sec. 1 of MAR regulation from Tadeusz Sosgórnik and person closely related to him, i.e. Stella AMP Family Fundation in organization and Lexon sp. z o.o. 
The notifications concern transactions on registered shares and bearers shares of Apator S.A., dated 4 July 2025 and 7 July 2025.
