The Management Board of Apator SA announces that it has received the notifications from Mr Tadeusz Sosgórnik and Mr Janusz Marzygliński that are the members of Supervisory Board of Apator SA that on 20th May 2022 the purchase-sale transaction of 50.000 registered shares of Apator SA was concluded.
