The Management Board of Apator SA ("the Issuer") announces that on 6th July 2016 it was notified by Mariusz Lewicki – the shareholder about the exceeding the 10% threshold of total votes in Apator SA.

Mariusz Lewicki ("Notifying Party") advised that in result of purchase of 22.707 registered shares of Apator SA on 6th July 2016 he was holding on the date of notification 2.076.707 shares in total of Apator SA (1.187.376 registered shares and 889.331 bearer shares), being 6,27% of share capital of the Issuer entitling to exercise 5.638.835 votes at General Shareholders Meeting, with 10,12% of total votes.

Prior the transaction has been made, the Notifying Party was holding 2.054.000 shares of the Issuer (1.164.669 registered shares and 889.331 bearer shares), being 6,20% in share capital of the Issuer entitling to exercise 5.548.007 of votes at General Shareholders Meeting with 9,96% of total votes.

The Notifying Party advised that there were no other subsidiaries of the notifying shareholder holding the shares of the Company and there were no persons mentioned in art. 87 para. 1 point 3 letter c of the Act dated 29th July 2005 on public offering and conditions of introduction of financial instruments to organized trading system and public companies.
