The Management Board of Apator SA announces that it has received the notifications under the art. 19 sec. 1 of MAR regulation from persons closely related to the Member of the Supervisory Board - Tadeusz Sosgórnik, i.e. Stella AMP Family Fundation in organization and Lexon sp. z o.o. 
The notifications concern transactions on registered shares and bears shares of Apator S.A.
