The Management Board of Apator SA announces that it has received notification, pursuant to Article 19 sec. 1 of MAR Resolution, from:

• Stella AMP Family Foundation in organisation, i.e. the person closely associated with Memeber of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA Tadeusz Sosgórnik which concerns the purchase of 20.000 shares of Apator SA,
• The Membr of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA - Tadeusz Sosgórnik regarding the disposal of 15.000 shares of Apator SA.
