The Management Board of Apator S.A. hereby announces that it has received a notification pursuant to Article 19 sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mariusz Lewicki, regarding the acquisition of 10,000 bearer shares in Apator SA on 14 January 2026.
