The Management Board of Apator S.A. hereby announces that on 10 February 2026 it received a notification from Tadeusz Sosgórnik, Member of the Supervisory Board of Apator S.A., concerning the purchase/sale of 500 bearer shares in Apator S.A. on 5 February 2026.

The above transactions did not affect the change in the shareholding of Apator S.A. by Mr Tadeusz Sosgórnik.
