- Stella AMP Family Foundation in organisation, i.e. a person closely related to Tadeusz Sosgórnik, Member of the Supervisory Board, regarding the acquisition of 10,000 registered shares of Apator S.A. on 20 January 2026 from Janusz Marzygliński, Member of the Supervisory Board

- Member of the Supervisory Board - Tadeusz Sosgórnik regarding the sale of 4,500 bearer shares of Apator S.A. on 19-21 January 2026.
