The Management Board of Apator S.A. hereby announces that it has received a notification pursuant to Article 19 sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Tadeusz Sosgórnik, Member of the Supervisory Board, regarding the sale of 4,000 bearer shares in Apator S.A. on 27 January 2026.
