The Management Board of Apator SA announces that it has received notifications pursuant to Article 19 sec. 3 of the MAR Regulation from:
- Stella AMP Family Foundation in organisation, i.e. a person closely associated with a Member of the Supervisory Board Tadeusz Sosgórnik, in reference to purchase 7,520 bearer shares of Apator SA on 23 March 2026,
- a Member of the Supervisory Board Taduesz Sosgórnik in reference to disposal 6,000 bearer shares of Apator SA on 23 March 2026.
