The Management Board of Apator SA announces that it has recieived a notification pursuant to art. 19 sec. 1 of MAR Regulation from Stella AMP Family Foundation in organisation, i.e. a person closely associated with Tafeusz Sosgórnik a Member of the Supervisory Board. The notification concerns the acquisition of a total of 4.000 bearer shares in Apator S.A. between November 21 and November 24, 2025.
