The Management Board of Apator SA announces that it has received the notifications from members of Supervisory Board of Apator SA: Janusz Marzygliński oraz Tadeusz Sosgórnik  and from the person closely related to Tadeusz Sosgórnik - Technoplics Limited. The subject of the notifications are the transactions:

• purchase-sale transaction of 50,000 registered shares of Apator SA between T. Sosgórnik and J. Marzygliński on 7 July 2022
• transaction of sale of 58,216 bearer shares of Apator SA on 8-13 July 2022 by closely related entity i.e. Technoplics Limited.
