The Management Board of Apator SA would like to inform that it has been notified by Lexon Sp. z o. o., that individuals closely related to Tadeusz Sosgórnik, a member of the Apator SA Supervisory Board, sold a total of 17,836 bearer shares of Apator SA between November 24 and November 28, 2023.
