The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 17 and 18 January 2025 it received notifications from the Member of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA - Tadeusz Sosgórnik about purchase/sale transactions of bearer shares of Apator SA made on:
- December 6-18, 2024 concerning sale transactions of 17,000 shares and purchase transactions of 17,000 shares,
- January 3-16, 2025 concerning sale transactions of 25,800 shares and purchase transactions of 25,800 shares.

The above transactions did not affect the change in the ownership of Apator SA shares by Mr. Tadeusz Sosgórnik.
