In reference to the current report no. 67/2018 the Executive Board of Apator SA announces that in the payout of advance payment towards the expected dividend from the profit for 2018 there will be no participation of 180.000 bearer shares acquired by the Company in the program of buy-back of own shares adopted at the General Meeting of Shareholders on 28th May 2018.

In connection with the above, 32.927.028 registered shares of series A and bearer shares of series A, B and C are entitled to advance payment of the expected dividend from the profit for the financial year 2018. The total advance payment will amount to PLN 13,170,811.20 (PLN 0.40 gross per share).

The advance payment shall be paid on the 21st December 2018.
