The Management Board of Apator SA has declared the payment of dividend from the profit in financial year 2015 in total amount of PLN 33,1 m that is in gross amount of PLN 1,00 per share.
Interim dividend in amount of PLN 0,30 towards the dividend from the profit in 2015 was paid in December 2015. The outstanding amount declared of dividend in amount of PLN 0,70 per share will be paid after its approval made by the Ordinary General  Shareholders Meeting of Apator SA to be held on 13th June 2016.

Legal basis: § 38 para 1 point 11 of the Regulation of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions to be considered as equivalent information required by law of the state not being the member of the EU.
